Meet Coach Ben

Coach Ben is a mountain guide whose passion for climbing helps his students thrive and learn in an adventurous setting. His coaching philosophy focuses on the students’ self-discovery, turning every moment of a climbing session into a memorable learning experience. Ben takes pride in making every climber feel like they belong in the gym or at the crag and are on their own path of growth.

Ben has many passions in the great outdoors beyond rock climbing, including canoeing, kayaking, sailing, alpine & cross-country skiing, camping, backpacking, hiking, and star-gazing. His wealth of experience as a guide and instructor in outdoor recreation has prepared him for any challenge a climber might encounter on and off the wall. When Ben isn’t climbing or coaching, he loves enjoying nature, playing board games, brewing fancy tea, cooking huge meals for his friends, and cuddling with his cats.
